The agreement that governs your use of VelvetCart, its checkout and its rewards program.
1. Agreement
By accessing VelvetCart and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the store.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where fraud or an error in pricing is suspected.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout where required. Card payments are processed by Stripe; cash on delivery is available on eligible orders.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect packages on arrival and report issues to support within 7 days.
5. Returns
Our 30-day return promise is described in the return policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected.
6. Rewards
Velvet Rewards points have no cash value, are non-transferable and are awarded at our discretion. Points may not be combined with restricted offers.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Account abuse may lead to suspension.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelvetCart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the store.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
